Rich is busily working at his firm, Interstruct Inc., and fishing in the Mosquito Lagoon on the boat whenever possible. The lake where our lot sits luckily is filling back up with water, so the fishing's getting better for him there.
The wine bar he opened with some other partners closed and re-opened in downtown Orlando. We're happy with the location due to the fact that the foot traffic is phenomenal and the first night of the soft opening drew in more revenue than the previous location did on their best regular night.
He's plugging away at the house plans, and the latest process involves waiting on the county's response to the comments on our latest set of house drawings. We're quite happy with them ... and hopefully the county will be soon, too.
